I am looking for a stock exhaust set up for '74 Super combat. Anyone have one to sell?

As you will find out, restoring a 97 or 98 as a restoration show bike its built around the pipe. Just about any other part for those bikes can be found, but a NOS or a really good pipe is rare and hard to come by. I will say then for a rare part the price will be high, $500 - $600. You can get a pipe I believe from Circle F for about half that.

So I know a few topics ago on this forum discussion about prices came up and someone though parts were high. Well that's just the way it is for hard to get stuff.

Now if all that didn't scare you away and you want your bike to be 100% PM me and I think I can help. Post a few photos of your project and let check it out.

Anyone else want to chime in please, this is just my opinion.

Here is a picture of the Super combat. I have the seat off to re-cover. I got this bike along with a running Wombat, 2 Super Rat frames and another Wombat frame. I have engines for the Super Rat and Wombat along with a mostly complete Road Toad motor, and more engine cases and miscellaneous parts. The Super Combat motor has been rebuilt but never started. I am new to Hodaka's having ridden one a few times in the early 70's. Just needed a winter project so I got them. I don't really think I need a show bike since I will probably ride them or let the Grandkids use them. I might sell this one and fix up the other Wombat and the Super Rat.

Have you confirmed its a 125 motor right? So it's a bit of a mix with the black hubs of a Super Rat. Either way the bike is too nice for a crap looking pipe.

Yes it is a 125. Engine K10495. The right side cover isn't the correct one. I really haven't checked everything to see if it is all correct.
I will probably see about an aftermarket exhaust rather than an original.
