ACE 90 find in Phoenix

I just found this gem in Phoenix and figured I better start with the experts!
the VIN # A3615 Can anyone give me a production date?

Looks to be a 1964 or 65 based on the chart here at Strictly Hodaka. Very early number.

I would say the date built would be about July 7th 1965. It looks like the markII except it has the high bars. ---------------Clarence
