wheel/ front/21"/ chrome rim/ nitto tire in a trials pattern/ has switch mounted to backing plate for front brake to activate brake light. which models and years would this have been used on? the later versions to meet dmv regs?

Both the 94 and 94A Wombats had the same front 21" chrome wheel, Nitto 2.75x21 trials tire and the brake light switch on the hub.
