A lot of the content was stolen from the pages of the Hodaka book. I pointed this out to the thief and he acted all surprised but eventually agreed to add a note to the pages he stole. Mind you he didn't agree to remove the stolen pages. It's a tough life trying to keep printed magazines and books alive in this digital era (whose "authors" rely on stolen printed material). That's my speech for the day!

Ken,
Well now we know the rest of the story! I wondered about the repeated credits given to your book and of course didn't realize that those credits were added after the fact. Protecting your publications must be exhausting!
