Found one on eBay for $119 (OK it was $140 by the time you added in tax and shipping). But I figure I’ve pinched 3 tubes so far and those added up to at least $30, plus the shop is now charging the same price to change a tube as they are for mounting a tire! That’s $35 a wheel. So, it would already be $100 if I took this wheel in!
I’ll still have the tire irons for removal. Just let the tire & rim sit in the sun to warm up & soften. But I figure tire & tube changes are something I’m going to do often enough to make this purchase worthwhile! Especially after watching Kelly do a tire install with the Baja!
