login problelms

My twelve year old computer is getting ready to die, so I bought a new one. The computer store transferred the data from the old one to the new one. The new computer won't allow me to log in to your site. It won't accept my password. I'm sending this post on my old computer but I don't know how much longer it's going to live. I've attempted to reset my password with no success.

Can the Admin log me in?

I'm computer illiterate but my grandson isn't. I put my grandson on the phone with Dale and Dale fixed the problem.
