Hodak Days Thank You

Post by gregg_floren »

I want to sincerely thank all the people that contributed to Hodaka Days this year.

I said it at the banquet and I meant what I said, "we couldn't do it without you". So whether you helped with waivers, ran an errand, stacked chairs, manned the booth, or helped load and unload. You have my sincere gratitude.

And to those of you that built the track, put together the museum, made sure the garbage and sanitation services were in place, filled in as Risk Management Officer, ran an an event, managed the web site, etc., I can't thank you enough. I know it takes a lot of time and hard work.

I also want to thank all the Hodaka Club board members:

Paul Stannard
Bob Whitman
Kelly Mckeirnan
Thal Anderson
Bill Chapman
Ben Schenk
Mike Kirchberger

These guys run their rear ends off at Hodaka Days AND work the rest of the year arranging sponsors and financing, taxes, corporate filings, membership issues, fundraising, and planning for the next Hodaka Days. I couldn't be working with a greater group of people who are more dedicated to seeing the Hodaka story continue.

I hope you all had fun. I know I did! See you next year.

Gregg we all did NOTHING compared to what you and Bob did!! This event was a HUGE success and everyone left smiling. Also my friend your wife Jan deserves a huge thank you for all she constantly does at Hodaka Days and before Hodaka Days. We are all a team but you and Bob have set the bar very very high. Congratulations on a fantastic epic event !
Thank you for all that you both do for us.

I know I for one had an outstanding time and the best part was the people. I met lots of old friends and made a few new ones as well as getting to see some awesome Hodakas. The museum display was a great too as we all got to see some rare bikes as well very cool prototype parts and memorabilia. I thought the Hodaka Club did a fantastic job and I for one can't wait until next year!

2014 was the first time I have attended Hodaka Days and I had a blast. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who worked to make it possible. The Bad Rock ride was fantastic, my wife and I chuckled at the Hodaka parade, the fairgrounds setup was very well done, and the trials and motocross were great, despite working with the limited terrain. I especially enjoyed the evening drinks on the front porch of the Rugged Lodge Motel with some great Hodaka enthusiasts.
