Just received new weisco 100 cc piston

I need to know which way the arrow on the top of the piston faces toward the front road in front of you or toward the driver or back of the bike I think it's toward the front forward

If you point it towards the rear, the rings will be sticking out into the exhaust port and break off. You need to be careful when installing the rings onto the piston and into the bore that the ring gaps are sitting nicely on their locating pins. Any forcing will break the ring.

IOW, it points forward.... Is this a standard piston going in an existing bore or an oversize rebore situation? The reason I ask is that you may want to deglaze the old bore before you put it together again.
