Wombat Stator???

Looking for one. Only need the blue & black wires. No ignition assembly. Anyone have one the can sell? This is the condition of the one which came with this reeded Model 95 motor. And this photo was after cleaning it with a wire brush on my drill! So anyone? Bueller? Anyone? Thanks in advance! Victor

Does it no longer work or is it just dirty/rusty? If just dirty/rusty, have you tried soaking it in white vinegar? That will remove the rust and clean it up. Just make sure you rinse it off well afterward. Once clean, check the coil via the instructions in the workshop manual. Replace the points and condenser and it should be good to go.

Victor, please don't throw that out. I could use it if it's available. Especially if that exciter coil is no longer serviceable.

Oh I don’t plan to throw it out Dale. I just wanted a “known good” for the build rather than test this one to see if it works. I like cleaning things up and making them work! It’s what got me into Hodakas!!! Victor
