Clutch Assembly

Post by robbnc »

Getting ready to rebuild/reassemble the clutch on my 96 DS. Outside of the manual (which I have) is there any write up (hopefully with pics) on the assembly of the clutch? I have searched exhaustively but didn't come up with anything. Thanks!

There’s a great article in the Resonator regarding Blueprinting your clutch! :ugeek: Bictor

could be it would not help but if you went to -- Hodaka Parts Inc -- go to parts schematic for the 96 DS. On my computer, I can blow the picture up to 140+ and it is fairly clear. ----------------Clarence

yeah I have used those schematics and ordered many parts off of them, I was looking for something that spelled out assembly order. I will figure it out, looks like I need to order a new pinion bushing anyway so I'll have some time. Thanks
