Can anyone tell me where I can find the instructions for blueprinting clutches?

Socalhodaka's suggestion is best. You're not going to get a better value than joining & getting access to the Resonator articles.

That, or get the Hodaka Workshop Manual.

Best bet, do both. If you're opening up one of these things you're going to want the whole package of info.

I read it. It’s not hard to do. Before you start, get yourself some small files. I bought a set of 10 small files at Harbor Freight which worked really well! :ugeek: Victor

Thanks for the advice and kudos to Ed for writing such a concise and helpful article. His tip about using a file comb is spot on.
