Dirt Squirt identification

I'm new to the Forum (first post) and hoping someone can help me identify my 1973 Dirt Squirt. The frame number begins with "E" and the engine "P". However, I can't find info on how to determine if it's a model 96, or a 92C. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, welcome aboard and congrats on the Dirt Squirt - excellent bike!
The models 96 and 92c are the same, there's no distinction between the two. For lots of other fun Hodaka facts, considering buying the new book on the brand history...
There are tons of experienced mechanics and Hodaka nuts on this forum - feel free to ask any questions, any time - you'll get plenty of help.
