Nice Pop. I was trying to do the same thing but couldn't get the picture taken without the camera flash washing out half the picture. Your shot looks much better than I could get. Thanks for posting.
Re: Centerfold
Is the Combat Wombat supposed to have the Hodaka Lettering on the tank, or was that added?
On Terry’s website the pictures don’t show the lettering. But it does look a bit nice... Victor

Re: Centerfold
That is one sweet looking road/trail modified Combat Wombat!
The text on the photo page mentions a wide ratio 5-speed transmission (my guess is they put the Wombat 5th countershaft gear in - which is a simple "swap" fit), weighted Mototek CDI, compression release, deep water air intake snorkel, re-valved Hodaka 250 shocks, lengthened swing arm, Preston Petty headlight and PP "Tony D" fender, Wombat luggage rack and tool box, 70 tooth rear sprocket, shortened foot pegs and a clutch modified for improved oil flow.
Not mentioned are the alloy rims (I think), the Wombat head-stay assembly and the Road Toad front hub ("conical" - improved front brake).
THAT is a NICE "ride"!

Captain, I can't tell for sure, but those look like the stock DID mud catcher alloy rims to me.
