I only have 2. One goes with my Ace B+ and the other goes on my Ace B. No spares. And I even need 2 springs, one for each of mine! ; D Victor

That's to Matt for sending me his unwanted air can parts. Like to see if anyone else is going to step up.

Dan, once you get parts and pieces you need for this project if there is anything missing needed, give me a call, PS remember there are two diff ACE 90 clnr designs, and the ACE 100,s are all the same, but diff in length than the ACE 90,s Bruce Young

Bruce, if you go back to my original post I'm looking for the damaged or too poor to use parts, not needed, or modified. Not really for a project as such, but a project in itself.

Bring this back up, you guys should be sorting out parts for the winter project. If you find any aircans from the Ace line and they are in bad enuff shape that you won't use them, send them to me.

Funny, I'm looking for parts that are almost not good enuff to use, and what's being sent is much better than what I already have. I do extend thx to those who have offered up parts. At Mid Ohio this year I scored some good stuff for a good price......because I looked into the bottom of a 5 gal pail in a vendors booth. He didn't want a lot, but wanted them to go to someone who could use them.

You've seen trophies at some shows made out of parts? May go that route. Or try to repair and use on my own projects where I would paint or powdercoat instead of plating. Or wall or desk art. Possibilities are endless.

Air cans don’t seem, in my minds eye, to be something for a trophy. But that’s just me! :ugeek: Victor

Depends how they get welded together. Not any more of a trophy than bent rods and broken pistons, welded to a worn sprocket.

beauty is in the eye of the be holder. at work one day some of us " borrowed" a hammer that our co worker had he thought it was the best, we welded saw blades, screw drivers, and other worn out tools of the trade and welded that hammer right on top ohh what a piece of work it was, we thought it was grand, him not so much...albert

The PVR swapmeet uses "part" trophies for their show, some can be pretty impressive. Seems like a saw somewhere there was a guy making lamp stands the same way.
