Wow. I just figured out that my VM 24 carb on my Wombat is missing the cable stopper, AND, that I had the slid in upside down. Must have been the grandson. No wonder it wouldn’t start and the cable kept coming loose. Don’t know what happened to the cable stopper but I just ordered 2 more. Victor

Cable stoppers arrived yesterday. Installed with the slide in the correct vertical position & the bike started right up! Victor
