Uni Filter Oiling

I bought this Uni Filter for the Ace B. It needs to be oiled but I don’t know which oil or how much to use. Guidance Please! Thanks in advance! Victor

Uni, K+N and a couple others make oil specific to oiling foam filters. Directions are on the can.

Easy way is with a spray on filter oil. Just cover the filter well with oil, wait for a few minutes and squeeze the filter in a paper towel to remove excess oil. (Wear gloves for this, the oil is VERY sticky.)

OK thanks. I bought the oil but not in a spray bottle. Can I use a generic spray bottle & pour the oil in & spray it on? Victor

I would read the instructions that usually come with it?? I have applied oil and hand squeezed out the excess I also grease the inside of the air cleaner and all connecting joints. Just me.-------------------Clarence
