One down, four up shift pattern

What is required to change the Ace shit pattern from one up, four down to one down, four up?

I'd heard the difference is the shift cover only.

Can someone in the know clarify?

I'm looking for whatever it is to make this change.

If you have it I may be willing to part with some cash to get it.
