What is the best media for blasting cases?

I use glass beads. Cleans them up very easily without damaging them.

I assume you are dry blasting. Use 170-325 mesh glass beads. Do some testing first. Start with low PSI and work your way up until you get the results you want. Too much PSI will texture the surface. You don't want that.

If you are vapor blasting, forget everything I said about PSI. I vapor blast glass beads at 70 PSI.
