What make/model is this bike?

The bike and kick stand look like steen. But it has the wrong fenders and pipe. A better side pic would help and also the frame number

I'm buying this bike. The motor turns over fine but it is stuck in gear. I'm paying $125. Bargain?

As stated by Ty, Steen, wrong pipe and fenders. Fenders available online. I would buy it for 125, but that's me.

Socalhodaka I just saw your postings on dualsport.com. Beautiful work and I'm going to go for it. I like the exhaust just fine but the fenders are going to be replaced and I think I'm going to shoot for something very similar to what you've got there.
What year is your bike? Where do I go for resources?

About the only parts your missing are fenders and pipe. Fenders you can get on ebay, pipes for these come up sometimes also. Also keep posting here and someone my have one.

So my gas tank is fiberglass. Is that stock? Is it mad mojo for putting a metal Steen gas tank on it? I think I'm liking the metal one better for long term durability. Does anyone have a metal tank for sale? And fenders too?

They came with the fiberglass tank. I tried to seal mine and gave up. I bought a steel tank and a NOS front fender from a guy on Ebay. I think he goes by swapmeetman. He still has both front and rear fenders. I'm doing a hopped up version, not a restore, so I wasn't worried about not using totally correct parts.

Hello, I too have just purchased a very rough, Alsport Steen macine with 100cc Hodaka motor in it, Only problem is it has no rear wheel assy., Hub and all. Does anyone out there have maybe any of these parts they might wish to give up. Mine came with whites plastic tank and earls front end. Good project bike. The work starts now. Help. My new Steen . It was listed as having been "stored properly" and in the owner's living room as a "work of art" for ten years. Guys, stored properly was a full gas tank and rubber clamped on the carb and exhaust tip. The photo is from the ad on Craigslist.

FIRST $300.00 TAKES: I have a rare classic Hodaka 100 Ace Dirt Bike. One of the first dirt bikes made in Japan. It has not been ridden in 10 years. Stored properly. It has been in my living room because it is so beautiful, a work of art!! All fluids had been removed and stored properly. Has good compression. Likely run once fuel is put in and possibly spark plug. Was informed it needs air filter piece (cost $30 on Ebay) To make it original it needs rear fender (cost $33 on Ebay), but it currently does have a fabricated rear fender. Sold as is. If I tried to display that in my living room, my wife would have me permanently relocated to a Maytag Dryer box stationed under the 9th Street bridge. I'd dig it, but I need to account for our different tastes. Cool bike though, and a great start for a build.
