Kick shaft wear ?

Post by mac »

It seems to me that it needs to be replaced, but thought I would ask in case it,s not as big of a deal as I think it is. I could smooth out the bad spots but it would leave a low spot. These two are the only bad spots.

The pins need to come out evenly, to me it is iron and I would junk it. The answer is to set up the engine so it will start and you will not have to kick it like a Harley 74. ----------------Clarence
