Ace 100b+fork oil wt.
I'm sure this has been asked over and over. I'm replacing my fork oil as I developed a leak on drain screws packing. I don't know what wt. I was in when I bought the bike . I'm 200+ pounds. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking on trying 15wt. Fork oil. Thanks Dean

Different weights for different weights of rider and type of riding. The old oil used to be a mix of different oils, because synthetic fork oils weren’t available. Also temps can make a big difference as well.
I use 20w fork oil in mine. My grandsons are all big guys and all are close to 200 lbs or over! If you’re only going to ride it on the street, you can get away with 10w fork oil. If you’re not heavy, say under 150 lbs. and riding on and off road, you can likely get away with 15w fork oil. Best thing to do is try and see which you like for your purposes. Victor
