ace 100 forks

On my 100 flat tracker I can't remember what way the forks spring seat parts went together. I have 2 plastic pieces that will fit in and center the spring and 2 flat washer like pieces that could go on top or bottom of the springs. I think the platic parts went on top of the seal washer and the other 2 were on top, any ideas on how they should go. The exploded diagram looks like the plastic pieces were on top, they are number 16 and 18 in the diagram. I put the platic parts on top of the seal washer and then the other on top. Not sure it will matter, but wanted some input. thanks
