175 SL engine covers

Hey all, just picked up a nice 175 SL with about 5000 miles on it. The shift cover is pretty broken up and will need replacement. This is the only flaw so far. I have been searching all the usual sources but haven't been able to uncover anything.
Any suggestions?

Depending on the degree of damage, you might be surprised what a skilled welder can do to get you back in business while the search goes on for a replacement.
