Longer swing arm for B+

I'd like to try a longer swing arm on my B+. There's a 96 dirt squirt swing arm for sale at Hodaka_Parts.com. Anyone know if this DS 96 swing arm is longer than the B+ swing arm and if so could the DS 96 swing arm be made to fit to the B+.

I just measured my Ace 100 swingarm and my Dirt Squirt swingarm and they are both just about 18" long, give or take a 1/4", so a Dirt Squirt swingarm won't give you the length you are looking for. Also, the Dirt Squirt uses the same frame as the Wombat (just a few differences on mounting tabs, etc., and the Dirt Squirt's swingarm was shorter than the Wombat swingarm), so the front mounting area of the Dirt Squirt swingarm will be approx. 1/4" wider than the Ace 100.

Hodaka Dave has lengthened the swing arms on all my race bikes and all have held up to substantial abuse flawlessly. Get in touch with him at Hodaka Dave's Vintage Service and he will hook you right up with a lengthened swing arm. Wheelies are cool but they don't get you down the track very fast.
