Won on a Bultaco. Later competed on that other H-bike. Was there a Hodaka connection?

I,m not sure if he raced them in his very early years,but I think so.I do know that he was good friends with Harry Taylor and that he and his brother Ron were big supporters and contributors to Hodaka Days.
He was a true ambassador for vintage racing and a great person.
