94 A turn signal problem

Post by jim moyer »

Need a little help here. My wombat only had front turn signal , so I bought new after market front and rear turn signals , fitted them with 6 volt bulbs put a new flasher in and they don't flash, just stay on. Plugged the original fronts in and they flash. The reason I got after market is because I had trouble locating Rears. Anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

Jim
Make sure the flasher is 6 volt . 6.4volt works between 8watt-23watt. thats what I have in my 94A Wombat
there listed on Ebay under flashers its the wattage that will screw you up. But 8 watt - 23 watts cover all problems
