Re: bike jack
I also use the high lift table from harbor freight, but i added more eyelets. Ratchet straps pulling forward, or across seat and also able to strap at the carrier when the front tire is off. Max you need a little carpet above the milk stand to protect the power coat. ------------------ Clarence

Clarence, here's the Turkey Crate accessories, mighty handy.

Max. The HF lift has two settings. Fast drop if you only press the pedal lightly and slow drop if you press it firmly all the way down. ; D Victor

Re: bike jack
Two comnents:
1) Failing to use a plastic milk crate at the track is just not "vintage".
2) That last "bike lift" photo in this thread is wearing out. It could only hold up a Squirt for 30 seconds to a minute when the photo was taken. Now it can only lift one end of the bike or the other, but still for 30 seconds to a minute.

Fine Captain. Back to the Hometown Dairy. I should have hit them up for a sponsorship for as long as I have dragged the thing around. Then again, with the stern threat of doing hard time for being in possession of dairy property embossed right under their logo... When I was that age, I probably could have hoisted a Squirt. In stead of the smile though, I'd have had a "just stepped on a nail" look on my face.

Well, as I recall . . . I DID snap at the photographer . . . something like, "Take the picture already." (there MIGHT have been a couple of extra words in there). It is hard to hold a smile AND a bike at the same time!

That could be a good pin-up poster for all the female Hodaka owners. I could just see that poster in their garages.

Well-selected extra words, I'm sure. One comes instantly to mind in the position immediately before "picture"
