Which type/brand oil recommended for 02 Road Toad

I've rebuilding a Road Toad with the oil injection system. It's been years since I last used the motorcycle and can't remember the type of oil I used for the Injection system. I remember it being Castrol 10-30W... but don't remember if it was special injector oil. Does it matter?

Also... can the same oil used for the injector also be used in the crankcase?

I've looked for special 2-stroke injector oil, but it doesn't seem easily to locate.

Any input would be appreciated.

There are going to be many different opinions on this and there are many good choices of modern oils available. Here is what I use and I know that these are popular choices.

Oil injection: Yamalube 2S (Use 2S for injection and 2R for pre-mixed)

Crankcase: Bel-Ray 80W GearSaver

Yamaha 2S for injection. Danny Cooke recommended this for the gear box to me! Klutz Flex Drive 30 2 Stroke synthetic gear oil! ; D Victor
