Got some queries on my rebuild

So my maingear has a chip. Pictured. Should I replace or just use it? Also manual stated a 15t counter sprocket. Mine is 16t and a bit loose side to side. Pictured. Thoughts.

Fair enough throw chain. I'm curious about the counter shaft sprocket though. I have a bunch of random ones and this fits but a little sloppy left and right, but not much.

I believe I bought this from Paul, but not sure. Spec says 15 this is 16 as stated.

The sprocket looks loose I think they are generally tighter. -----Clarence

And unless I miss my guess, I'd say that countershaft sprocket looks like it came off a Suzuki.
