20mm Mikuni parts

Post by bobwhitman »

So...I mostly play w/24+mm carbs, but are needle & seats not available somewhere for the little Mikunis? Where do y'all get parts, since Paul doesn't offer them?

I got my last ones from the local Polaris snow machine and Kawasaki Dealer. No, wait -- that was main jets I sourced locally. I might have had to order float needles and seats. Sudco? (It's been a while.)

I have found that Jets-r-us : http://www.jetsrus.com carries quite a few hard to find carb parts.
For main jets and pilot jets I also go to MFG Supply, (web site just like their name with no capital letters or spaces) they are a snowmobile and small engine supplier, but they do carry a good supply of jets for the older Mikuni VM carbs.

Hope you find what you need.

I get some through Hodaka-parts.com. Dan is running it now. I also have a tackle box full of Hodaka carb parts. What are you looking for specifically? Maybe I have it??? ; D Victor
