Hi all,
looked around for the answer to this and sorry if its been covered before - I'm trying to send a p.m. and when I click on the "Submit" icon the message appears in the "Outbox" but doesn't show in the "Sent". I've tried twice and now I have the same message sitting twice in the outbox but still nothing showing as sent. I checked the FAQ's and I am logged in.
What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong. It will remain in the outbox until the recipient reads it.

Ok thank you! I managed to delete the second copy so all is good.
