Spammers on the forum

Hello All,

As you may have noticed, we have had spammers on the forum recently and we are working on getting this resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we hope to have this all resolved soon. We have had to delete some folks that were registered during this period, some that were deleted were not spammers but caught in the purge. I will personally be verifying that every new registration is legit, but that is not to say they are still not going to be posting their garbage until we get this all straightened out.

Sorry you have to take time to police this kind of thing, but thanks for doing it for us that care. It seems this is the world we live in anymore.

I just need to spend some $$ to update my system Bill. These creeps are just getting better and better at sneaking in.
I have disabled the auto registration as they have been able to get by it. So now I have to check every application to verify if the person is real or not.
87 creeps tried to join last night!! The forum is to important to quit on it.

Thank you Max. It is no longer a threat to the forum but a pain in my @$#%^&* to keep on it. So if someone has been unfortunately deleted as an active member as being caught in the wide net we had to throw out I am sorry.
Be patient I will get to everyone that is trying to get registered and ligit on board soon. But there may be a couple days before I can verify you are real.
