The December,2015 issue should be in Club Members' "In-Boxes" by now. Darn! We only managed 59 pages of tech, tales & humor this time.

Gregg and I really appreciate the contributions from all of you who do so. Chat participants like Victor, Brian, Maxi & others have been wonderful sources, as have our Canadian columnists, Brian Zuest and Darrell Ohs. Tech Editor Captain Eddie diverged from his customary focus to tell about adventures in Australia and "Gentle Ben" Schenk reviewed & previewed past/future versions of the Umatilla TT road ride.

You guys are the best; it is really fun pulling together the neat articles you provide! Many, many thanks.

Are you talking about the club website at http://www.hodakaclub.org where it says "Join or Renew Your Membership Online"?
I just checked it and it seems to be working for me.

Bill the link at SH to the Hodaka Club membership is also working???? Not sure where Victor is having a problem but he can always call you Bill and you can take his membership over the phone.

Curiosity just moved me to try the link to join online and it worked just fine. Apparently now I am a member after all these years! Bob, you can stop riding me now!

Hey! I really would LIKE to become a member of the Hodaka club! However, every time I go to the page to join up and click on one of the two links, I get the same message:


404: Page not found
This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.

Troubleshooting suggestions:

Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.

Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!

Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists

I get the same message whether I use my iPhone or my Toshiba Laptop with Windows 7 and my Firefox browser. I would appreciate someone contacting me and assisting me in joining! If there is someone who can call me and take payment by credit card, I would love that.

At first I thought it was just because I was trying to sign up using my phone. But I tried today on my laptop and get the same 404 error message when I click on either link to join. One is near the top on the right and the other is all the way at the bottom of the "Join Page."

D-Victor,
The page listed just above gives you several options to join. To join ONLINE click on the Hodaka Motorcycle insignia. The pages you listed used to be part of the "Hodaka Days" web page and it may need a little attention but that is not the club page. Not even sure how you got to those pages unless you just did a Google search.

In this thread on Dec 23rd I gave the link to the Club web page. Let me know if you are getting error 404 messages from there.
