Limited Edition Tank Badge

We are working with one of our great reproduction companies to make very very special tank badges. These will be done only this one and only time and the production run will be very limited. When I make our tank badges they need to be made in quantities of 2000 units at a time. Our company will make a special consideration on our behalf and make a very very few of these. I am in for a few pairs myself already.
The final details have yet to be written but it looks like this.

A pair of these Limited edition "Special 50th anniversary Tank Badges" for Hodaka Club members $ 45.00 per pair

If you are not a Hodaka Club member it might finally be time to join ! The price for non-Hodaka Club Members will be $ 55.00 per pair
All proceeds from the sale of these badges go directly to the Hodaka Club to help support your Hodaka Days event. This year being the 50th anniversary of Hodaka we have some very special treats coming!!

I believe that once they are done and in our hands that we will be offering them via the Hodaka Club store and possibly this site too.This might happen before Hodaka Days so to give people time to dress their bikes up for Hodaka Days.
If folks are interested we might consider start taking names because there will not be an endless supply unfortunately.But that is what makes these so special just like the Hodaka folks.

This year will be one of the HUGE ones in Hodaka history. Fifty years of this little great brand celebrated all together in Athena this summer.
Special guests coming just for the event.
And now the book the "Hodaka Story" will be out for the first time at Hodaka Days and Ken will be here also.
For me personally these tank badges that Gregg designed represent everything that has gone into this brand from it's conception in 1964 thru the last day of operation 1978. Then it's slow but steady resurgence we are all a part of since the first get together in 1999.
Maybe it is just a piece of plastic but for me this plastic emblem means so much more.

We will be selling individual badges also as this moves forward.. Also as usual ALL proceeds from these sales of these badges go directly to the Hodaka Club and Hodaka Days.

Well they are done !!! Boy ohhhh boy do they look great too! Again these are a very limited run of 50th anniversary tank badges. When these are sold off that will be it they are gone for good.

Starting next week we will be running a seven day special to purchase these at a "buy in" special price. This will not be repeated so if you are considering a set or even a single badge now might be the time to purchase.
For all of you who have sent to me your name to get on the list I will be contacting you directly next week to accept payment for these.

All proceeds go directly to the Hodaka Club!!!!
The Hodaka Club site will also be offering these soon but they will not be at this "buy in" special price.
I will be bringing a few sets to the York Swapmeet next weekend and the "buy in" special price will be on. For this one and only time you can "buy in" as a Hodaka Club member or a non-member for the same price. We prefer to have you as a Club member but for this seven day period you can receive these for the same price as a Hodaka Club member.

Pricing schedule to follow;
1 week special "buy in"- $ 40.00 price per pair and $ 25.00 a single badge. I will email everyone on the list we have compiled to take advantage of the "buy in" price regardless if club member or not for the one week period. Jan. 15th - Jan 22nd

Then the following after Jan. 22nd
Club members $ 45.00 pair and $ 25.00 each
Non Club members $ 50.00 pair $ 30.00 each

Remember once they are gone that is it. We are planning on saving some for Hodaka Days but please do not wait..

OK sorry but there will not be the 50th anniversary tank badges for sale at the York swapmeet.I will be bring the sample badge for everyone to see but the badges were not shipped to me in time. My supplier has been out with the flu for a week and the badges never have headed this way yet.
