B+ key

I think I know the answer to this but just to be certain: if I purchase a key from SH for my B+ I'm guessing it will be a blank that will need me to take the switch to a locksmith to have the key cut to match? (my project came with no keys but I have an intact switch)

There are only a couple keys for Hodaka's. Part number 929437 will fit all Hodaka's starting with the Ace 100A, Wombat's, Road Toads,250SL's and 175SL. Doesn't seem like a lot of security but only another Hodaka owner would be able to start your bike.

Thanks for this info! Makes it so much simpler --- I just order the key from SH and I'm good to go.
Much easier than having to reverse engineer a blank to fit the cylinder as I've had to do with other project bikes over the years.

PS- I'll post up some pic's of my progress as I get further along on my build. So far I've assembled the bottom end with new bearings and seals. Plus done some welding/patching on my seat pan that was pretty rotten.
