Dirt squirt clutch issue

My Dirt Squirt is running great with the exception of the clutch. Will not disengage the transmission until after operating for about 10 minutes. Works fine after that until you shut it off and then it is stuck again. Any advise? Any special tricks to replace clutch discs if that is the problem?

Got enough oil in the transmission? What kind of oil? Any other clutch symptoms?
