Someone posted a while back that there was a mini bike forum. Can someone give me the link?
I have a KTM 50 for which I need shop manual info. It has a Morini Franco S5 motor with a centifugal clutch I need to change out. Found the clutch. Looks like there's a special tool to pull the starter gear which holds the clutch assembly on. ; / Victor

Re: Mini Bike Forum?
Well no luck there..... I'm going to see about getting the local KTM shop to help with pulling. Seems a special tool is needed to pull the combination start gear clutch nut! Or maybe my son In law can get it loose with an impact wrench. Waiting for the new centrifugal clutch to arrive in the mail. ; D Victor

Re: Mini Bike Forum?
Turns out there's a special tool (why wouldn't there be?) for removing this stupid combination gear/nut. The only availability of it is to buy a replacement gear and the tool from Morini Franco for a cost of $59.99!
So I'm taking the new clutch and the bike to the local KTM dealer and having them pull the old clutch and stick the new one on. Since it's a centifugal clutch, it came already assembled. So they can pull the 7 case bolts, the gear nut, swap the part out and button it back up. Then I will bring it home and retune it and make sure the carb is clean and smooth running. Can't be more than 1 hr labor. ; D Victor
