Re: Super rat left case half needed

I’ll get pics tomorrow. If your roller retainer is suspect at any level replace and upgrade is the way to go. And as far as I can tell the needle bearing is the only difference in the case halves. I have a couple of ace halves I could use but would like to keep it correct.

Super rat left case half needed

I need a left case half for a model 93 motor. This one has structural damage from a broken roller retainer that will be hard to repair. Will consider case half, case set, or sell the parts I have.

Re: future project brain storming

If you eliminate all the parts you mentioned, you’d have a chainsaw motor with no clutch. It will run but you will need to come up with a way to transfer power to the wheels, such as a belt system like a snowmobile or Rokon .

Re: Clutch disc spacers

Not a stupid question if you don’t know the answer, as for the difference between spark plug gap and clutch shimming. Plug gap is a static setting. Clutch shimming is not, there are too many variables to give a standard response outside of you have to try different combos of shims . Technically you ...

Re: Big (but not happy) news for All Hodaka fans

I was thinking the same, on the Thursday of that week do a road ride to shadow the poker run,on Friday go off road to emulate the Bad Rock and on sat clean your bike and park it outside as per the show and do a group ride to mirror the parade. Post up some videos for others to see and enjoy.
