Pull that pipe off the bike and BBQ it. Remove the heat shield first and then put it directly into a fire! It will burn the carbon and old oil out of the pipe! Then you can clean it & paint it with high heat Ceramic enamel engine paint! And repaint the heat shield silver! Here’s the paint I use...
