Got the motor stripped and ready to remove piston from rod and pull cylinder studs. Any advice before I hurt something?

I've got two squirt pipes, both have small dent at curvature of head pipe, about size of a dime. Thinking about drilling a hole, heating pipe and carefully using slide hammer to pull dented area out, then brazing hole. Other options welcomed

#1 front fender has "made in Japan" stamped on it. Does that point to front or rear of bike? #2 stem bearings...how many top and bottom and placement? Big on top or? Thanks!

Trying to remove bearing retainers from frame neck. Heat, drift and hammer not braking them loose. Suggestions?
