You are correct about an "F" series engine being a replacement early Super Rat engine but the F7E09034 does not fit that criteria.
F with five digits to follow yes but I am not thinking that F a digit E then five digits would be correct but I may be wrong

Sorry the engine information you offer does not match any Hodaka information. Are you sure of the listed engine information that you provided??

The clutch inner trust washer was not grooved. The clutch pinion bushing that seats against the washer is grooved.
