powder coating and swingarm bushings
My dad wants our road race frame powder coated. He gave it to me with the swingarm bushings still in it. Now he is in ICU for a while with the COVID crud so I can't ask if that is what he intended (I have a feeling he was going to leave them in for the coating). Anyone ever done this or is it defini...

"Modifying The Ace 100 for" booklets
I hove a copy of the "Modifying the Ace 100 for Road Racing" pages but would like the motocross and flat track ones. Looked on both Hodaka Parts sites but could not find these. Maybe just blind but help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Optional Close Ration 5 Speed
If the standard output shaft will work in the CR gearbox then that makes sense. It is in a 100 motor.
Thanks.

Re: Optional Close Ratio 5 Speed
I have, what was told to me, a 5 speed CR gear box. It was in a flat track motor that a guy here in Colorado built. I believe it is what he claims it is, but the big thing that I am seeing is that all information says it should have a snap ring holding on the counter shaft sprocket and this is a sta...

Webco intake mainifold
I pulled this off a 100 motor I have and am wondering if it is a stock replacement or part of something else. The inlet (carb side) measures 26mm diameter which seems big for a 100. Maybe it's not a Webco?

Webco heads
At Hodaka Days this year my dad decided a Webco head would look good on our 100cc road racer. After looking on the web I think I need educated a little. What we want is the one with the angled fins. Looking on eBay there is a Webco head for a 100 that looks similar to the stock with fins in a straig...
