I was in the parts house today and asked a question that I could not answer. When was the first Hodaka Days gathering? I came home and did some looking and the best I could come up with was 2006 and that was the year the club was chartered into the AMA. Likely the Hodaka group met prior to that time. I am sure one of the Hodaka historians have the date I am looking for. Historians please respond.

The first Hodaka reunion was in 1999. It became know as Hodaka Days in 2000. The name was coined by Jimmy Pomeroy.
Originally it was financed by Strictly Hodaka and organized with the help of Harry Taylor , Al Pedro, and other Athena area locals. In 2007 the Hodaka Club was formed and took over financing and organizing the event.
