Do any other models share the same seat as a model 61

Other late model 100 and 125 seats may work, but none have the cool spring release pull knobs.

Yes other seats will work like lat rat super combat wombat . You just have to wemove the weld nuts from the mounting bracket for the spring pins to work.

Rich, I think you're confusing Bullfrog with bulfrog.

Like Rich said, you just have to remove the weld nuts from the mounting bracket for the spring pins to work. Or maybe just drill them out.

However, you want to use a 97,98,99,01,02,03 seat for a match to the 61.
The 94,95,96 seat pans have shorter rear brackets, and the pan itself has less overhang in the rear, than the 61 pan.

Here is the seat cover which fits the seats I mentioned and the 61.

I wounldnt remove the weld nuts I would drill them out to the size of the pins . the 175 seat does have something welded on right were the nuts are on the other seats. that's what I would do anyway

Picked up a model 61 today. Motor is stuck from sitting per p/o.... I put some marvel mystery oil in cylinder and have a heat lamp on it for the night. In case I have to pull the head off am I safe in assuming the pipe needs to come off first?

If this turns out to be a bigger project than you planned, I am looking for a 175 to make into a vintage mx racer. I have a fully restored Model 94 Wombat or one of the very rare DS80s in excellent condition I would be willing trade. Think about it.
