HODAKA CLUB UPDATE

HODAKA DAYS 2022
Straw bales secured for scramble track layout on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Athena rancher and Hodaka Days supporter Brandon King has again agreed to provide the bales needed to set up our scramble track; WooHoo, get your track bike ready!
Sadly, farewell to our long-time caterer Rhonda Sartin (and her grill master Coyote Joe). With the loss of opportunity over the last two years, Rhonda has sold her food wagon and retired from the mobile food business. Many thanks to Rhonda and her family for park and trackside chow, plus her memorable Saturday evening buffet dinners
We’ll be seeking a caterer for HD ’22, so if you have any suggestions, we’d welcome them. Please share recommendations with Gregg, Bob or Ed Chesnut. Gotta have some good grub for the weekend!

AUUMN 2021 RESONATOR REVISITED - ARTICLES NEEDED
Time to pull together the autumn 2021 Resonator Revisited. I need to ask for material by September 15th !
While the plague prevented us from meeting in Athene for Hodaka days this year, I know many of you have figured out how to get vaccinated, roll the old scooter out and take advantage of warmer weather. Share some pictures of your explorations… or modifications, upgrades and improvements.
So, knock out a story – no matter how brief - sharing information on projects, ideas (technical or humorous). Any and all will be appreciated, especially cool trail/road rides across our fair (our your, fair, for our Canadian and Australian members) country, we'd love to hear about your thrills and, um, learning experiences.
      Remember, our two "sections":
      - one on member's bikes, to showcase any cool bikes (yours or others) members are willing to share,
      - and "Tech Tips" - a section intended to include short pieces on clever little time/labor/cost-saving ideas writers are willing to share.
Please consider contributing these short items in addition, of course, to your, more lengthy and illuminating works!
Our target for the next issue is to produce and distribute the next issue by or about October 1st.
Allowing for editing & layout, we need your stuff no later than September 15th . Please help with timely submissions.
