250ED kick starter issue

Hello Gents,
A consequence of a build that has taken too long and my disorganised style has created an issue.
It appears that I have lost the spring (?) that takes up the slack in my 250ED kick starter, it is around the pivot bolt in the attached photo ( I have borrowed the photo from an Ebay listing).
My parts schematic doesn't show a part number for this individual piece, only the whole kick start assembly.
Does anybody know what they look like and where I might find one, maybe another jap bike has the same thing I can use.
As a last resort I shall rip my vacuum cleaner bag apart, one never knows ones luck in the shed!

It'll look like a spiral washer, not sure what other brands may have used a similar item, but shouldn't be too hard to source one. Check the bag, or sweep the floor with a magnet, be surprised what you could find.

that washer is for sale strictly hodaka had them so im sure hodaka parts has them now

Got that page in the manual Victor, but part #35 is the whole kick start assembly, I see the spring but no number for that alone.

As i haven't found the missing spring nor found a replacement i have had to be creative, so i turned up this nylon bush to fill the gap.
Everything seems to work as it should, i haven't started the motor after its rebuild yet so will have to wait to see if it works ok, as in doesn't rattle around too much.

The spring part is #33. It is listed. And it’s the same size Defoe all Hodakas. And the cover is #34. Victor

Wrong spring Vic! Part #35 but includes the whole kick stand assembly.
