Finally got the ole girl all finished. Lights now work as they should, as does the horn and brake switch – ready for the Harvest Classic!
Thanks everyone for the help.
In the final hour, I discovered the rear wheel hub was trashed…like, destroyed: when I pulled the axle, the chewed up bearings and inner bushing just fell out. So I found an NOS hub and laced it up yesterday – the test ride was pure success!

P.S. for those that offered help on the stuck early Combat Wombat – I got the crank broke loose (yay) – piston is still stuck, hope springs eternal…

Your Ace 90 looks great. I am currently working on an Ace 90 project myself and if it turns out looking like this, I will be very pleased. Nice work.
