Mystery plug..

On my new (to me) Wombat 03, there is a 'plug/bolt' with gasket on the right case half below and behind the upper rear motor mount location. Whatzit for? :?: I think the Road Toads have it too.

If you look on page "C" of the Wombat (03) Illustrated Parts List, you'll find the bolt in question. It is called the "Idle gear set bolt". It limits the axial movement of the oil pump idle gear.

I had a hard time finding it on page "C" of the 03 parts list, but it is item 49 and is in the upper right side of the picture.
