Transmission oil is gear oil, like Bel Ray gear saver. Gas oil is 2 stroke oil.

It has a lot of good parts, E motor, not a M motor. That thing you have the arrow pointing to is the shift shaft. Take off the small inspection cover to so you can see the shifter pin into the groove on the shaft. You can move the shift lever if needed to get it the right position. You do know the shift pattern for the case you have?

Get the fork caps and the outer nuts were the seal sits loose, do the while still on the bike. Kinda using the triple clamp as a vice is better.
