Have them milled to look nice and then mill the same three on the other side to match.

I sent most of the parts that were originally zinc plated to Active Plating in Santa Ana, CA. They did a nice job. It was more expensive that the shop recommended by Roger above, but my parts were sent to an additional shop for tumbling, which added to the cost. Attached pic of some of the parts. C...

Make sure to prep all your stuff good before you take it. I alway wire all the washers and bolts on loops so it’s easier for them at the shop. If you know wash pice is hung on a wire, so this way they don’t have to dig around for the little bolts.

When you say mount holes don't seem to be in the right place? What frame are you trying it on? If it only has one set of holes and it doesn't look like the end has been chopped off, it would been a CW or DS. The 93 rat would have 2 set of holes, where the frame mount and the other plate mount.

I don’t remember exactly but this is a Yamaha aftermarket pipe for a 125 or 175. It fit my 03 real nice with small adjustment to the head pipe.
